201 East York Street

Coastal Constructive Innovations  assignment was to carefully renovate and convert this prestigious antebellum home into luxury condominiums.  Redevelopment included the installation of an elevator, new mechanical, electrical, fire and life safety systems. The result  was luxury condominiums that showcase the integration of traditional architecture and craftsmanship with modern technology.

 

Roger Wood Foods

Roger Wood Foods, a meat processing company, sustained a catastrophic fire loss of over seventy percent of the plant, shipping facility and corporate offices. Coastal Constructive Innovations was immediately contracted for repairs based on the reputation of an accomplished design build capability. The project included construction of the new facilities along with full restoration and modernization of existing buildings for integration with the new construction.
